Great bag!

I LOVE my bag and use it all the time. It's wonderful. I also loved that I received a handwritten note with the bag thanking me for my purchase. Very classy.


I guess as far as my experience goes I have a little bit of feedback that could be useful. When I ordered my bag online the website indicated (at least this was how I interpreted it) that I would get the bag in a week. I received a confirmation email when I got my order but no follow up so I would know when I would get it. Finally after a couple of weeks I emailed the company to ask when I would get the bag and was told I would have the bag the following week. I didn't get it until a couple of weeks later. I was about ready to cancel the order because I had ordered the bag with a specific trip in mind. No big deal in the long run but there may be a way you can more clearly communicate with customers and manage their expectations regarding delivery dates.


The bag is great and I would recommend that company any time!
