From a product and customer service standpoint, my experience has far surpassed any previous experiences at luxury retailers.
As I'm sure you know, consumer behavior and appetites are changing, largely attributable to the current state of the domestic and global economy. The premium consumers, especially male consumers, pay for quality and service is increasing markedly. Though some will argue this is cyclical behavior, I believe we are in the midst of a secular shift in luxury goods. The era of "fast fashion" is over and those brands, such as LC and others (i.e., Alden) represent the model of the future. Kudos to Lotuff Clegg for understanding this dynamic and good luck in the future! I will never hesitate to recommend your products.
