    Thanks for following up. I love the credit card wallet, as I do my existing leather duffle bag from L&T. They are fantastic.



    The process went well in the end, however I felt I wasn’t kept up to date with the timing and expected completion date of the item.



    Going forward I would appreciate being more comprehensively informed with regards to the process and timing etc.
